Once again this year, we look forward to welcoming you to the Tortello alla Lastra Festival, a traditional culinary speciality from the mountain area between Romagna and Tuscany.
On 14 August for dinner and on 15 August for lunch, you will have the chance to enjoy this authentic local dish.
The recipe follows the traditional method, with hand-rolled pastry, potatoes, pancetta, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg.
As every year, the event will take place in the festival area of Premilcuore.
