Audio description<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n You are now in front of the Gorgolaio, whose name comes from the gurgling of the water under the nearby bridge. The structure was built over a century ago as a shelter for woodcutters. It is a small stone building used as a refuge during bad weather and as a stable for the mules carrying firewood.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Today, the building serves as a shelter for passing tourists and hikers and is also an ideal spot for a picnic. It is equipped with two fireplaces for cooking meat, a table, and several benches. The fountain provides fresh drinking water. The structure is always open.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Hiking enthusiasts can reach the Gorgolaio via a trail starting from Premilcuore, specifically from Via Aldo Moro, heading toward C\u00e0 Ridolla. The route then leads to the Cascata della Sega and continues to the Grotta Urlante along trail 317, before joining trail 311 near the ruins of C\u00e0 Petriccio and ending at the Fiumicello bridge.
