Here at the Cascata della Sega, observe how the Rabbi River has carved the rock, creating two small inlets where the water flows into a natural pool. During the warmer months, you can dive into the clear waters, swim, and then lay out a towel to sunbathe and relax. The name of the waterfall comes from a water-powered sawmill that once stood here but was demolished in the mid-16th century.

For those who enjoy hiking, the waterfall is near natural trails leading to Monte Arsiccio and the Grotta Urlante, another natural gem of this area.
